To request an invitation or get more information you can fill in the form. This does not oblige you to anything. Please only ask a definite reservation if you are almost certain you will accept the invitation. After you have send us the form you will receive a mail. Only after you have confirmed  by clicking on the link in the mail, your data will be forwarded to the Russolo Family. Your confirmation is required by European Law.

Invitation procedure

1. Send in your invitation request as soon as possible, the guest list usually fills up quickly. Feel free to ask any question, there is no obligation attached. 
2. The form will be forwarded to the Russolo family. They may take some time to react.
3. If you are invited, they will provide you with information and payment details. If you are on the invitation list and require further information, please contact the Russolo Family directly. You will find their mail address in your invitation.
4. Upon payment on the Russolo Family's website you will get an  order number. That means your attendance is official and your seats will be reserved. 
5. To remind you that your seats are not reserved unless you have paid, our system will send you an email twice. We have no insight to the financial accounts of the Russolo family.
6. Make an appointment for costume fitting well in time. Fittings are in the week before the Ball, at the latest on Friday. 

We do everything we can to inform you correctly on this website, but of course there may be some changes in the specifics of the procedure and balls. The Russolo family will inform you on the final details.
