The Carnival Balls of the Russolo FamilyThe Russolo Family hosts two private Venetian Carnival Balls in Palazzo Ca’ Zen ai Frari, each with its own artistic theme and atmosphere.
Both evenings offer a seated dinner or refined buffet, live artistic performances, orchestral music, ballroom dancing and the tradition of full historical costume. The Ball of Dreams is in the first weekend of Carnival. The name says it all: a magical, romantical evening. The Grand Ball Carnival in Love is in the main weekend of Carnival. In 2026 it is on Valentine's Day, and the guest list is already almost complete. |
How you can request a private invitation and what it includes
You can request an invitation through a form on this website. You enter your contact details, the number of guests and your preferred ball. After you have confirmed your email and the Russolo Family has accepted your request, you receive payment details. Your seats are secured once payment has been received.
Depending on the chosen ball and package, the invitation includes entrance to Palazzo Ca’ Zen ai Frari at 20:00, a welcome cocktail with appetizers and shows, a seated dinner at the Noble Floor around 21:00, entertainment with international artists and commedia dell’arte in the main salon, an after-dinner disco with open bar, seating either in a side salon (Gala Carnival) or in the main salon, and for the costume packages the rental of a handmade historical costume from Giulia Russolo’s luxury or royal collection. Make sure you are in time in Venice for a fitting appointment.
